SGAF is a subsidiary company of RAII, established in 2008 in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The main objectives of SGAF company is trading in agriculture inputs and outputs, the company now becomes the sole importer of feed barley into Saudi Arabia, the company imported more than 52 mn tons of barley to Saudi markets. 

The head office of the company is in KSA and the company has branches in UAE, Sudan, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa and Ukraine.

The most important activities of the company are: logistical support, trading, livestock, agricultural equipment, grains and fodder.

RAIC is a subsidiary company to RAII incorporated in 2015, the company is specialized in contracting business. RAIC relies on its core team professionals to provide project management expertise to clients ranging from international Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) for agricultural and water projects.
The head office of the company is in KSA and having overseas branches in Sudan and Egypt.   
The core competent principal activities of the company are canals, agricultural infrastructure, Centre pivots, building construction and roads construction and maintenance and similar activities.  

RAMC is a Farm Management Services Company and a subsidiary company to RAII established in Riyadh – KSA in 2015. The main objectives are to extend professional farm management services by applying the latest studies, researches and technologies to reach the highest levels of efficiency and to achieve the best results in the agricultural fields in addition to rising the productivity.
The head office of the company is in KSA and having overseas branches in Sudan and Egypt.   
The core competent principal activities of the company are agricultural management, solar power and agricultural equipment.  

The (ADCL) company is a subsidiary company to RAII established in Riyadh – KSA in 2016 as corporate social responsibility program Company. The main objectives are to invest in social responsibility programs, promote production, processing and marketing of agricultural products to farmers. The company has achieved many successes and export many date palms seedlings as well as undertaking many community initiatives aims to sustainable development. 
The head office of the company is in KSA and having overseas branch in Sudan. The core competent principal activities of the company are date processing plant, livestock fattening, tissue culture laboratory and green houses cultivation. 

The WAAD AL TAQA company is a subsidiary company to RAII established in 2016 to invest in complete solar energy solution including development, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of projects through an integrated team of experts and engineers as well as a team of qualified technicians.    
Waad Taqa is leading projects in Saudi Arabia and Morocco.
The core competent principal activities of the company are solar power, generators, pumps, remote control systems. 

The TALBERT company is a subsidiary company to RAII established in 1983 in South Africa Republic and acquired by RAII in 2018, it is a member of the Southern African Development Community (SADC). The company established a profitable Centre pivots business and supplies a high-quality equipment and services to Southern and Northern Africa countries. The company has a large base of customers and completed projects and look forward to achieving many successes in this field.  
The company is located in South Africa and the core competent principal activity of the company is manufacturing of Centre pivots irrigation systems.  

CLONE Company is a subsidiary company to RAII established in 1996 in Saudi Arabia and acquired by RAII in 2018, the company is specialized in producing date palm tissue culture plants, the company is looking forward to achieving many successes in this field.

The core competent principal activities of the company are date palm tissue culture pants and date factories.  

The Trans Agri Company was incorporated in 2019 in the United Arab Emirates as a subsidiary company of RAII with partnership with the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and still under incorporation, the company aims to be a leading company in the agricultural investment. 

 

The most important goals of the company are transfer and localization of modern technologies, rural community development and contribute to enhancing food security in the Arab countries.
